What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Provide accurate reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize Bluebeam software to review and manage construction documents
- Ensure project adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- 5-10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry
- Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling and Closeout for Commercial Construction Projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management
- Proficiency in Bluebeam software
- AutoCAD experience
- Nice to have: Pre-cast concrete, Tekla, Trimble, Bluebeam
