We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager specializing in commercial projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure that all objectives are met within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present project reports, including budget tracking and risk assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in data centers.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Data center background is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
