Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Project Manager with 10 - 15 years or more experience in the heavy civil construction industry to join our team! We want someone with a thorough understanding of the project papers, such as the owner's contract, subcontracts, cost reports, CPM timelines, specifications, project deliverable documents, correspondence, billings, and associated project controls items, is what we are searching for.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on-site to assist in resolving issues that arise during construction
- Utilize Vista to oversee expense reporting.
- Continue to fully comprehend the terms of the agreement with the owner.
- Track and report on the status of the project's budget and timeline.
- Work in the field: Help superintendents and engineers with their work plans.
- Examine and accept subcontractor payables and project invoices.
- Control of documents, including change and claim management
- Managing subcontractors and creating subcontracts
- Purchasing materials, including purchase orders
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- 10 - 15 Years or more of Experience in highway civil or structures construction projects in California.
- Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and self-perform work
- Excellent organizational, team management, problem solving, motivational skills.
- Caltrans bridge experience preferred

Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
