Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage mechanical construction projects throughout their lifecycle
- Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Conduct meetings and prepare reports to update stakeholders on project status
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for mechanical construction projects of similar size and scope
- 5 years of commercial project management experience on projects $5M-20M
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools
- Salary 90-150k (based on experience)
