We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing on a large scale industrial project in Liberty, NC. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing project teams and communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Utilize software tools such as Primavera and AutoCAD for project management and design.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management softwares like Primavera or Viewpoint.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with commercial and industrial construction practices.
