- Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct project inspections and monitor progress against plans.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates and financial analyses.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and address any issues that arise.
- 5 years of experience in residential construction project management
