- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and other documentation to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process, including disputes and delays.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
