Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget by managing resources and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards throughout the project.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in multi-family construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
