They will bring a plethora of experience and insight to the table, having worked extensively in the tree service sector and providing commercial site development services. With our headquarters located in Norcross, Georgia, we are a GDOT-approved contractor capable of managing heavy civil projects from inception to completion. Clearing and grubbing, pipeline building, horizontal boring, concrete structures, traffic signals and lighting, and design-build are among the services we offer.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Supervise on-site construction crews and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and architects
• Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• Experience in heavy civil construction, particularly in highways, roads, bridges, and dams is a plus
