Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve quality issues and reduce defects.
- Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement techniques and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes and improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing in the food manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead improvement projects.
