Location: Fort Worth, TX - ON-SITE
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 - Depending on Experience
Requirements: 4 Years in C.I. Managment - Lean/Six Sigma experience, Safety, Kaizen, GEMBA, ISO, Root Cause, High-Speed Production environment
We are a leading beverage co-packer for top beverage brands. This role is in our Fort Worth, TX location. We are incredibly proud of the strong team we have built with over 1,000 hard-working team members. Ownership continues to provide new equipment & expansive operations to all locations around the U.S. Our leadership has given ample opportunities across all locations in a variety of roles and departments including production, blending, ingredients, quality, maintenance and warehousing.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant. You will provide leadership, direction, and mentoring skills to ensure safe, effective production of high-quality products, to meet customer needs in the most cost-effective manner possible. You will implement a strong continuous improvement culture by defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling processes and equipment. You'll also train and educate the associates on: LEAN/Six-Sigma methodologies, 5S, kaizen events, and other C.I. related functions.

What You Need for this Position
- 4 years in a Food or Beverage Manufacturing plant, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical, or related
- Management experience in a high-volume, 24/7 plant
- Extensive Continuous Improvement background, LEAN/Six-Sigma belt preferred
- Ability to implement Kaizen Events, GEMBA walks, Safety initiatives, 5s/6s
- Track KPI's of performance and improvements of processes in the plant
- Motivate, train, coach, mentor and understand associates needs and how to improve our business practices
- Excellent communication skills, Team Plater mentality
- $90k-$100k Salary! - Negotiable, depending on experience
