Key Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement Six Sigma strategies to measure and improve performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in packaging operations.
- Conduct training sessions on Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools for staff and management.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for process failures and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Continuous Improvement.
- Proven experience with Six Sigma methodologies and certifications (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong understanding of packaging processes and systems, including sheet foam and air cushioning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
