The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and productivity across the plant. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead 2 CI Engineers and coordinate continuous improvement projects across the plant.
- Utilize Minitab and other statistical tools to analyze data and identify trends.
- Implement Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to optimize processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills in continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning and problem-solving initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate root cause analysis to address quality and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement Manager or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodology and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency in Minitab and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with project management and strategic planning.
- ISO 9001 certification is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on trends and metrics.
