- Location Dallas, Texas (onsite daily)
- Salary - (90K - 115K DOE)
- Requirements - Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen experience, 75% floor experience and best practices, BS. in Engineering, strong background in Manufacturing.
The Continuous Support Specialist will be responsible for the improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness across the whole organization though the identification of data opportunities & initiatives. This role is heavy on cross-functional collaboration with an aim at to streamline various processes to improve performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with exceptional hands-on experience in Process Improvement Methodologies & implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to develop and track KPIs (Key performance indicators) to measure the impact of all improvement initiatives ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Ability to utilize data driven insights to optimize decision-making, identify potential issues or trends to make improvements across the board.
- Superior problem-solving skills and drive projects based on Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to develop strategies to improve waste reduction and optimization.
- Foster and guide teams on best practices, tools and techniques to maintain a continuous improvement culture.
- Prepare reports on project's status, results, progression and impacts to various key stakeholders across the organization.
- Constant training and development of internal teams to on continuous improvement strategies and processes.
- Overseeing Data integration best practices ensuring accuracy and consistency prior to loading into Power Apps and Power BI.
- The main point of contact across the organization relating to continuous improvement and ability to step in when challenges arise beyond the scope of normal responsibilities.
- Strong ability to collect feedback from stakeholders and convert information to improve current processes and initiatives.
- B.S. in Engineering or Operations Management
- 3 years of Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies implementation
- 3 years of manufacturing experience
- 2 years of production management or industrial experience.
- 3 years with Data Analysis or Visualization tools (eg. BI)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Masters)
- ME or MEng in Engineering
