Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of control room operators to ensure effective plant operations.
- Monitor and control the cement production processes from the control room.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the control room and production areas.
- Conduct regular field inspections to assess equipment and operational conditions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Lead training and development initiatives for control room staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Proven experience in cement industry operations, particularly in control room management.
- Strong knowledge of cement production processes, including kiln and grinding operations.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols, such as MSHA requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational performance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
