Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
