The Controller will play a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, providing strategic insights to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and variances to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification required
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
