Position Overview
The Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning and analysis. This role will play a critical part in driving the financial strategy and providing leadership to the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, GL, O2C, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.
- Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations.
- Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity while ensuring operational efficiency in financial processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial guidance and support.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar role within a finance department.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and accounting software.
- Familiarity with budgeting, auditing, financial analysis, and tax compliance.
- In-depth understanding of GAAP and SOX regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Salary : $105,000 - $140,000
