Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop industrial control systems to meet desired cost, performance, and safety goals.
- Develop, test, and implement control systems, PLC code, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), and motion control systems.
- Design, program, and maintain industrial controllers and robots.
- Create and maintain AutoCAD electrical drawings and drawings using Inventor, SolidWorks, or Solid Edge.
- Troubleshoot and repair control systems, motors, and electronic equipment.
- Assist with the installation, commissioning, and start-up of new controls systems.
- Provide training and technical support on controls systems.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Experience in programming HMI, PLC, and motion control systems.
- Experience with Allen Bradley, Modicon, Beckhoff, Siemens, Factory Talk, RS View, WinCC, Wonderware, ABB, Motoman, and Fanuc.
- Experience with Archestra, AutoCAD electrical, Inventor, SolidWorks, or Solid Edge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
