Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement control systems for food manufacturing processes.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems, with a focus on Allen Bradley and Siemens products.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
- Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of control systems to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding electrical systems and safety.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on control system operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming, particularly with Allen Bradley and Siemens.
- Drafting knowledge with either CAD or AutoCAD.
- Experience with motor starters and high/low voltage systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
