Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements.
- Support the legal team in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction structuring.
- Draft and review shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and finance agreements.
- Provide legal advice on business formation and corporate governance matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support corporate initiatives and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Admitted to practice law in the state of NY
- 2 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactions and commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business formation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
