Key Responsibilities
We offer a competitive salary for this position, ranging between $118,000 -$140,000 annually. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans. We have an annual standard of 1800 billable hours with 50 hours of pro bono service(treated as billable). We have a set partnership track, so you'll know where you're headed from day 1!

- Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Draft and review contracts and agreements
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Provide legal guidance on corporate finance issues
- Support entity formation and registration processes
- Consult on succession planning and licensing requirements
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on corporate law developments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance in business operations
- Juris Doctor
- Active bar membership in the state of New York
- 3 plus years of experience in general corporate law, particularly in transactions and mergers and acquisitions
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects
