We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing costs, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting processes to help the company make informed financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor production costs to ensure they align with budgeted targets.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts for management review.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze cost data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Utilize ERP software to track and report on financial metrics.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
