Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Deliver onboarding and training sessions to new customers to ensure they understand how to utilize our products effectively.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that may impact customer success.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Create and maintain customer success plans and reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably within a digital agency or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
