Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of current bioprocess technologies and manufacturing trends
- Demonstrated knowledge of BPE Guidelines
- Active in industry organizations (ISPE)
- Ability to Manage and grow a technical group
- Ability to mentor junior staff
- Active involvement with BD activities
- 10 Years Experience
- 3 Years Bio-Process Experience
- Experience Managing a Team
- Experience working for Bio-Pharm Manufacturer and / or Engineering Consultant
- Masters or Bachelor of Science - Chem Engineering or Related
- Recognized standing in the community
- Experience with Engineering Documents - PFD's P&ID's, M&E Calculations, Equipment Specifications, etc.
- Base Salary - $180,000 - $240,000 DOE
