This role involves overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes while ensuring the application of best practices in data modeling and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analytics team to deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement data strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage and oversee data collection, processing, and analysis using SQL, Python, and various BI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored solutions using Tableau, PowerBI, and/or Looker.
- Drive the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends in analytics, AI, and machine learning to keep the organization at the forefront of data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior analytics role, preferably as a Manager, Director or similar position.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated experience in data modeling and business intelligence best practices.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in business analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
