- 8 years of experience in technology roles related to enterprise applications
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Background in B2C e-commerce or retail
- Experience leading teams in high-volume, high-traffic environments
- PHP development, including Laravel, Phalcon, or Lumen
- Headless architecture, APIs, and microservices
- React or Next.js
- WordPress and WooCommerce plugin customization
- Production support and issue resolution
- Collaboration with design teams and implementation of style guides
