The Director of Enterprise / Data Center Sales is responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic relationships within the enterprise and data center sectors. This role focuses on developing innovative sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the enterprise and data center markets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to foster growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market trends and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report on results.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective account management and relationship building.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions and data center sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of data center technologies, cloud computing, networking, and virtualization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
