In this role you will coordinate and oversee all construction personnel and activities between our office in Canton, MA and job sites in MA and CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family housing construction, including ground-up construction, occupied renovations, and/or reuse/preservation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family housing construction, including ground-up construction, occupied renovations, and/or reuse/preservation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Oversight:
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets on all active construction sites.
- Identify potential issues and proactively address them to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Lead and manage a team of field superintendents, foremen, and other construction personnel.
- Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide necessary training to field staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and address performance concerns.
- Implement and enforce strict safety procedures across all construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address safety hazards promptly
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among field personnel
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
- Conduct quality checks throughout the construction process
- Address quality issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and labor to optimize project efficiency
- Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely delivery of work packages
- Maintain open communication with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular job site meetings to discuss project progress and address concerns
- Analyze field operations data to identify areas for improvement
- Implement new processes and procedures to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
- 10 years of experience with construction field operations, ideally managing large-scale projects
- Experience with multi-family ground-up, occupied renovations, and/or reuse/preservation projects
- Proficiency in construction project management software and tools
- Competitive salary ($225k-$250k DOE)

Salary : $225,000 - $250,000
