Position Overview
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic guidance and insights to drive the company's financial performance. This role will be responsible for developing financial models, conducting detailed analysis, and preparing reporting that supports informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive performance improvement.
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Experience in SaaS or technology industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer lifetime value (CLTV) and cost of customer acquisition (CAC) metrics.
- CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
- Proficient in financial reporting tools and software, experience with Oracle and SAGE300 is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
