Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of residential land development projects from inception to completion.
- Manage and mentor a team of land development professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local government agencies, community stakeholders, and clients to facilitate project approvals.
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations throughout the development process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in land development, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of local land use regulations and environmental laws, particularly in Houston.
