Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production, quality assurance, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in food manufacturing.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Manage budgets and resource allocations to optimize operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational metrics.
