Exciting and rare opportunity to join a newer venture and be the first preconstruction hire to lead efforts in estimating and preconstruction for ground up, multifamily and commercial builds for an owner/developer. The team is fresh coming out of some of the top GCs and owner/developers in the US, looking to bring likeminded individuals to build something special, a place you're excited to work with less red tape. Most projects will be in the $50M range, woodframe, wraps, podiums, and commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preconstruction team in project planning and budgeting efforts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project scope and requirements.
- Oversee the development of detailed cost estimates for multifamily and commercial construction projects.
- Review and analyze project proposals and bids to ensure competitiveness and feasibility.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating roles, with a focus on multifamily and commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.

Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
