Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales engineering team, ensuring alignment with sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement technical sales strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and technical solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product development.
- Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations for customers and prospects to showcase product capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, with a proven track record in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in the sales process.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives accordingly.
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge and performance.
