With a global presence and expanding market, we are currently seeking dynamic Sales Engineers to join our ever growing sales Division. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our customers' needs, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, sales team leadership and, ideally, technical expertise in manufactured equipment, CNC, machine tool sales, driving business growth through effective customer engagement and consultative sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet district goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of outside Sales Engineers to enhance their performance and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers in the territory.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Conduct training sessions to improve the sales team's product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on manufacturing equipment and sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and sales forecasting techniques.
- Experience in technical sales, particularly in CNC, machined parts, tooling, and machining is a plus.
