The leader will be responsible for strategic decision-making and fostering client relationships to enhance company presence in the land development sector.
This role will include Oversight of all Civil Engineering/Land Development projects, Team Leadership, and Business Development/Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the land development division, ensuring successful project delivery from conceptualization to completion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and project acquisition in land development.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure projects are designed and executed in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals and enhance business opportunities.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and on time.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and engineering staff to foster professional development within the team.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development and site development projects.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices related to land development.
- Excellent business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new project opportunities.

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
