Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the division to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of project managers, construction workers, and other staff members.
- Establish and enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all projects.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of commercial painting, coatings, and construction operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Salary: $140k-$210k Depending on Experience
- Yearly Bonus: up to $100k
- 401k
- Access to private plane for business travel (2-4 nights per month)
