Drafter - Designer

What You Will Be Doing

• Draftspersons work with architects and engineers to gather information about the project, including structural requirements, product designs, and rough sketches.
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) software or traditional drafting methods, draftspersons create technical drawings and plans for construction projects. These drawings include building elevations, floor plans, and door schedules.
• Draftspersons calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements. They also use mathematics to determine the correct ratios and proportions for schematics.

What You Need For This Position

• 1 years of drafter/designer experience in residential construction
• MUST have REVIT experience.
