We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Drywall Commercial Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing bids for drywall projects, ensuring that all estimates are competitive and comprehensive.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project plans and specifications to understand scope of work
- Prepare detailed estimates for drywall projects using On Screen Takeoff (OST)
- Conduct take offs and bidding processes for various projects
- Collaborate with project managers to finalize project costs
- Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to provide accurate estimates
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Proven experience as a Drywall Estimator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of estimating software, specifically On Screen Takeoff (OST)
- Familiarity with QuickBid, HCSS, and other construction estimating tools is a plus
- Understanding of construction processes and drywall installation techniques
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimates
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
