The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall estimation and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for drywall projects, including labor, materials, and time requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary information for estimates
- Review contracts and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy in estimates and project execution
- Manage communication with clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project lifecycle
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Drywall Estimator or Project Manager
- Experience with either drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
