Key Responsibilities
- Maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and train employees on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with management to analyze workplace incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain and report on EHS metrics, tracking progress and areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
- Knowledge in basic machinery.
- Proven experience in management in an industrial manufacturing background.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Confident personality and willing to enforce safety compliance polices on a daily basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
