What You Will Be Doing
High School Diploma
Must have 3 years relevant experience managing Tenant Improvement Projects
Strong knowledge of electrical construction industry and codes
Strong knowledge of electrical materials and methods of installation
Proficient in construction plan reading and review
Strong budgeting, forecasting & financial assessment skills
Strong Electrical estimating skills
Highly computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, EBM, Foundation, Accubid, etc.)

What You Will Be Doing
- In charge of allocating resources for project management to designated projects in accordance with set budgets, timelines, and contract documents.
- Makes sure the project budget is followed, and identifies any inconsistencies or possible hazards.
- Recognizes intricate project schedules, drawing specs, and plans
- Ensures timely and accurate completion of all project documents, including general project correspondence, supplemental work orders, change order pricing, - schedule updates, and RFI submittals.
- Work together with the Project Field Staff and the Superintendent to establish the job's priority.
- Conduct routine examinations of all the work completed on the designated project.
- Respects the standard operating procedures for project management and cost accounting established by the company.
- Create revenue and profit predictions, as well as project spending budgets, for the Division Manager.
- Give clients and staff members working on the allocated project technical guidance.
- Review estimates and proposal scope letters.
- Review RFQ/RFP documents for the solicitation of subcontractors and vendors.
- Enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, safety standards and contracts
