Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to oversee and manage various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and construction management, with a focus on public works and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure that all projects comply with legal and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Nice to have: Experience in public works projects, street lighting, traffic signals, fiber optics, IT, or highway electrical systems.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
