Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards during project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and communication records.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, especially in electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
