Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical control systems for various applications. This role requires a strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical control systems for automation processes
- Program and configure PLCs and HMIs to meet project specifications
- Integrate servo control systems and ensure seamless operation
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical control systems
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain documentation and provide reports on system performance and improvements
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify electrical schematics and layouts
- Proficiency in PLC programming and HMI development
- Experience with Rockwell CompactLogix and servo control systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of system integration and testing methodologies
- Project management experience in engineering projects
