Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop control systems for electrical applications
- Program and configure PLCs to automate processes
- Create and update electrical schematics and diagrams using AutoCAD
- Develop HMI interfaces for operators and technicians
- Prepare electrical bill of materials for projects
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision systems and motor controls
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as an Electrical Controls Engineer
- Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming with either Allen Bradley or Siemens
- Proficient in AutoCAD for creating electrical schematics
- Familiarity with electrical bill of materials and project documentation
- Understanding of vision systems and motor control technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
