Position Overview
The Project Controls Engineer is responsible for supporting project management by providing expertise in project planning, scheduling, and cost management. This role aims to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure project alignment
- Assist in the development of project control procedures and guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Controls Engineer
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and system integration
- Familiarity with HMI systems and industrial automation concepts
- Rockwell Studio 5000 development software
- Chemical process systems (read P&ID)
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes is desirable
- Ethernet network design specification (physical media and configuration)
- Experience with Siemens S7, Comfort Panel, and TIA Portal programming

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000
