Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for mining operations.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on existing electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to execute projects efficiently.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of electrical installations and systems.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to electrical engineering activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering within the mining or heavy industrial industry.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills for electrical systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical design principles and electronic equipment.
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety practices in the mining sector.
- Experience with project management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
