Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components for various projects in heavy vehicle environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and components according to project specifications.
- Create and maintain wire lists and Bills of Material (BOM) for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of electrical systems in projects.
- Utilize SolidWorks and 3D CAD software to create detailed designs and schematics.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety standards are met.
- Assist in the manufacturing and harness construction processes, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports related to design and development processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with SolidWorks, Visio software, and electrical systems design.
- Familiarity with wire lists, Bill of Materials (BOM), and harness construction.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with heavy equipment and heavy vehicle electrical systems is a plus.
