Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive bids for a variety of electrical projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Take-offs and quantity calculations.
- Subcontractor procurement and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- 5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
